Mobile data speed varies for a number of factors beyond our control:
- The model of iPhone you are using
- Available network technology, e.g. 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE
- The websites/applications being accessed
- The time of day
- Network congestion
- Other factors in the transmission path from your device to the Internet endpoint that you are accessing
- The cell tower or area is experiencing more data usage than normal
- Coverage limitations, due to terrain, weather, foliage, buildings, indoor use, signal strength, customer equipment.
Also, the download/upload speed really depends on the country’s network infrastructure. You can expect more or less the average internet speed in the country of use.
The most common reason for low internet speed lies in the quality of mobile operator coverage.
If you notice a low internet speed, try rebooting your phone first. Then check the internet speed again and send us screenshots of the internet speed with enabled and disabled LTE mode.
We appreciate in advance your cooperation.
